At the moment, profits from our social enterprises go towards providing the core services of the Corryong Neighbourhood House in the wider community. In the future, rather than donating them, our profits will be utilised to develop the community through our community foundation.

30% of our staff are also our beneficiaries. We don't interview at the bakery, we consider it to be an opener for people that are new to town or have no experience. We are happy to give anyone a go! We have quite a high turnover because people come through and use the bakery as a pathway to other employment.
